Shipping Fees Policy:

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the items purchased.
• Shipping fees will be added to the total price of the order.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

• High demand products such as lash trays, adhesive, and bonder are not eligible for refunds due to limited availability.
• Lash trays are available for exchange within 5 days of the original purchase date only if they are unused.
• Returns or refunds must be requested within a specified time frame (e.g., 5 days) from the original purchase date.

Exchanges Policy:

• Exchanges are only allowed for unopened items.
• Customers must provide a valid reason for exchange within 3 days of purchase.
• Items are only eligible for exchange once.
• Repeated exchange requests may result in being banned from future purchases.

Return Shipping Policy:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
• Once an item is returned and processed, a store credit or exchange will be issued.

Missing Packages Policy:

• JDore Luxxxe Lounge is not responsible for missing packages once they have been shipped.
• All packages will receive a tracking number upon shipment.
• If a package is not received after a delivery confirmation email is sent, customers should reach out to the courier to file a missing package claim.

Shipping Address Policy:

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
• JDore Luxxxe Lounge is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
